I'm thrilled to report the second edition of my coffee table book "Max Webster: High Class" has been printed (in Canada !), and as of November 2025 is now available for purchase !

It's a 12" x 12" full colour 450-page coffee table book telling the band's story like never before, with hundreds of previously unseen photos ranging from the pre-Max days in the 1960s to their final reunion in 2007. The book definitively chronicles their history, as a decade of research has resulted in torrents of new information about their concerts, creative process, and their fight as the underdog against a changing music industry. It was produced in collaboration with all of the band members and has been endorsed by Kim Mitchell. The Toronto Star and Alan Cross reviewed it shortly after its release.

Like the first time around, it will be a limited run of 1,000 copies. The first edition was 400 pages, and this expanded (and authorized) second edition is 50 pages longer with a boatload of additional images. There are also new interviews with band members, over a hundred new gig dates and related stories, and contributions from Kim Mitchell himself, including a score of photos from his personal archive going back to 1975. It seemed impossible that this band's history could be made any more complete, but I can assure you, the additions are going to utterly blow your mind.
